If I establish a Pooled Medicaid Payback Trust and choose to support the grant program by leaving any remaining trust funds to Community Fund Ohio, will the Beneficiary still need to pay back Medicaid?

Federal and Ohio law allow any trust funds remaining after the Beneficiary’s death to be retained by Community Fund Ohio and not used to repay Medicaid.
